The Harbor Hut has a Murphy Bed in the living room, 2 TV'S Refrigerator & Freezer. A/C & Baseboard Heat, 2 Burner Electric Stove, Microwave/Hood Combo, Full Bathroom & a bunk room that sleeps 2. This particular house was well taken care of and only slightly used. It will be sold fully furnished with everything working properly & ready to go. It will come with New Blinds & a New RV Size Recliner Chair. The monthly fee to keep it here is $700 per month. That includes everything other than Electric & Waste Tank Pump Outs. Everything else is provided with your monthly fee: Garbage, Snow Removal, Parking, WiFi, Pool Use, Water, a summer wet slip for your boat & winter storage for your boat. All of our floating homes are usable 12 months or if you choose, we can winterize the cottage for the winter months if you do not plan to use it.
