2016 Harbor Hut

The Harbor Hut is a smaller version of our Harbor Cottages we started back in 2006. We worked with Canterbury Park Models to develop a custom design exclusively to Harborside Marina. We needed to find a manufacturer that would go by our specs and use the highest quality materials for the project to work. Weight and balance, siding materials, and insulation all come into factor when you are building a floating house. We have been very successful with our full size floating cottages and we currently have a community with 16 units that we sold between 2006 and 2015. The Harbor Hut idea came along from listening to our customer's ideas and trying to target a certain price point. Our goal was to create a 3 to 4 season smaller floating home that was geared more towards a “Home Base” for 3 to 4 day weekends. We accomplished this by creating the Harbor Hut that will comfortably sleep 4 adults and has all the amenities of home along with a place to park your boat on the side. The best part is the price! Under $85,000 fully equipped. This is one of those things in life that you need to see to appreciate the resort like feel and million dollar view.
